Every one among us has a personality by which a person is judged by others in his life. The personality of a person comes first in his life, whether its the way of living or the art of interacting with others in day to day life. 

Its the personality of a person which either promotes him or demotes him in his life, whether its related to job interviews, interacting with new people in life, or the friends whom he has been with over years. 

Judgment

It is the very first thing by which a person is judged and it has the potential to either build relations or to go away from them because the conversations mostly lead us to conclusions about the person we may be interacting with. 

By conversations, we are able to differentiate between different personalities and it may be enough for other people to think whether to build a relation with him or ignore him no matter he may be their colleague or the one who may have caught their attention at first sight. 

The word personality brings us two things in mind, the secretive and the open personality and it depends on the one who is presenting it to others.  The secretive personality is the one who is less interactive with others and don't reveal what is going on in their life or about the problems that they may be facing in their lives.  

They are the ones who are limited to themselves and did not want to be asked, questions about their personal life. They did not show what they like or dislike in their life.   

Strict Mind

They are strict in their day to day life and the people around them think hundred times whether to start a conservation with them or not. And if the person needs them any time, they hesitate to ask them for help or any kind of suggestions about the work which they may be sharing with others at the workplace. 

Sometimes the strict behavior of this type of personality may affect the outcome of the work; particularly if the person is the boss at the workplace. 

They are known by the strict face as they don't love to reveal things about them whether its related to family, the career, achievements, or the problems they may be facing in life. 

They are judged at a distance as a person who doesn't love to interact with people no matter he may be caring about them the most or about the poor whom he may be helping at times. 

Open Personality

On the other hand, the Open personality is more interactive with others whether it is their colleagues, friends, family, or the new people they met in day to day life. 

They reveal what they are doing in their life, whether it is their achievement in their career or the problems they may be facing at times. 

They are not strict in their life and can be seen as open-minded people who love to laugh at things whether they may have gone wrong or right for them in their lives. 

They are most liked by the family and friends and they can be seen everywhere around the people who may have asked them for help in tough times.

They too had a good impression about their life as they are known by their laughing nature and did not care about the insults; if they may face them at times, they took it either as a joke or ignore it without having any psychological impact on their life. 

They love to call friends and colleagues and reveal everything about the day to day happenings; whatever they may have gone through the good or bad day either at the workplace or at the tourist spot on a holiday. 

They love to share if they start any good thing in life and ask their friends as to what they feel about it. They seem to be more responsive to the people who need them the most. The  Secretive Personality has a tag of strictness or the privacy they don't want to reveal in public that may be at the workplace, or among the people they met in day to day life as their own lifestyle comes first and that may be good in their eyes or of many who have the same personality or likes the one who has a secretive personality. 

The Open Personality has a tag of open-mindedness who don't care about privacy and can share anything about their life no matter good or bad.

The rates may vary at different places depending upon the demand. So it will be no wastage of investment in my view.  This type of start-up will cost you more as it requires a machine that is costly and can demand more investment than the above ones. 

The labor charges will demand more investment as that will depend on;  how much your operator working on the machine charges you monthly. This type of business will suit some who want to invest more in business and have great potential to reach out to the dealers of wire nails for delivering and promoting his product.

4. Another business idea is digital marketing by being a social media influencer or partner of any marketing agency.  Social media influencer is one option you can choose as an earning mode. This will totally depend on how you produce your content and post it on various social sites and it will take you to an earning of over lacs or crores, only if you can make it big. 

Social Media influencers post their content on social sites and get a good viewership on their posts. There is one thing to take care of is that you don't have to be fake or copy-paste the content of others which is already available on these sites, that is not going to work for you. 

But I will not suggest you to go for it, if you are a student, you should first complete your studies and try this later as it may work or may not work and did not guarantee you that you will succeed in making such kind of impact on the viewers of your content. Apart from students the employees too should not go for it or may not try to leave the job while thinking of being a social media influencer. Moreover, digital marketing is making its influence more than ever and one can rush for it.

What is Internet (ARPANET) and who controls It?

The process of getting information through various modes has been a part of human life over the years. The humans are always eager to know about things which surround him and immensely form a part of his survival over several years of existence. 

The Internet is one of those means which has transformed the lives of humans over the years. Internet or Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPANET) was made on the directions of the U.S and was meant for communication between scientists and professors around the world.

The Internet is not controlled by any single service provider or any big giant tech company. Neither it is controlled by any government agency rather the government can hardly remove objectionable posts which may be violating the law of that state and that too did not work to have full control over the Internet. 

However, the ICANN (Internet Corporation for assigned names and numbers)   is the nonprofit international organization based in Los Angels that can be treated as a high-level authority to deal with the Internet as it allows the companies to sell the domain names.  This top-level authority actually decides the names of domains that may be of  ( .com, .info,. Net, .Org)   and others. 

However the ICANN too did not own the internet and we can say that it did not belong to anybody or it belongs to everyone among us as it is a decentralized system where every user, service provider is themselves a part of it.  Internet is a collective arrangement of connection of more and more computers or phones through internet service providers.

It is because of their effort that we are able to access to internet from our area as the service providers have also installed their communication towers all over the places around us. The two men who are known for their contribution to the internet are Vint Cerf and Robert Kahn.

Internet works on three tools namely Client, ISP, and Server. The client is the device on which the user is able to surf the internet which includes phone or computer, ISP is an internet service provider which are SIM Cards issued by the service providers or we can say by telecom companies and Server is the third one which processes the information and sends data to our phone or computers. How people change with time?

Change is one of the universal laws whether it is in growth or in the behavior of a human being. For some, it not by choice, but they are forced to go for it according to the situation and the time one came across in his life. 

And many go for it by choice and they tend to choose it as their food for the rest of their lives. The act to change is not to ignore somebody but to grow and evolve in a certain way of life which at times leads to ignoring the unnecessary projects of life.

The others also tend to react in the same way to the person who is seen usually busy in his own work and interact less with the people around him whether it's their friends, colleagues, and relatives. 

That kind of person usually seems to have their own way of life and did not interfere in anybody's business or did not try to be over smart among the people who remain around him but surely they are ones who too have a heart that beats for the poor people and for the things that are close to their life. They care much about the things for which most of the people did not even bother. 

The Way of Life

They have a unique way of life and have faith in themselves about the things they do in their life. If they fail they keep going on without caring much of the consequences and the impact of going alone in their life. 

Most of us tend to change and those who did not are the ones who are not only less in number but they are those who did not feel positivity in their life and took change as a negative approach towards life, which they should address at an earliest and should go for a chance to evolve and be prosperous in their life.
